Week 7 - A Few Reminders!
Hello all!So it's already over half way through the term and we're all sounding
fantastic, directors are happy, we've had some fun socials and we have
merchandise on the way! The show is looking good so well done everybody for
all the hard work everyone is putting in so far. :)
A few matters to remind everybody about:
1) EGM - This is happening tonight so please arrive promptly at 7.30pm so
we can finish in time for some rehearsing. Cast and crew are also
encouraged to come along to vote since we need a significant part of the
society to vote on anything.
2) Week 8 social - the Ghostly Treasure Hunt around campus has been put off
until Week 8 as mentioned in rehearsal. So please mark the change in your
diaries, if you have one, as it's looks like it's going to be great fun!
(though probably cold....)
3) Christmas party social - though the details of this have yet to be
released (even to committe) we do know that Thursday Week 10 after
rehearsal everyone should expect to be enjoying tasty nibble and fun
games... probably :p
4) Attendance - this week the directors are doing their count for the cast.
This means that we can start to arrange teh dances and blocking more
specifically, order and make costumes and start to arrange the programme.
If you don't wish to be in the production any more or can't make the dates
(which I'm adding below) then please let us know and we hope you can
support us by watching it. If you DO wish to be in the production, it isnow
absolutely necessary to email or text one of the directors to let them know
if you miss a rehearsal - within reason missing rehearsals is fine as long
as someone knows and it's for a genuine reason. The show now depends on
everone in it - scary, but true!

PS - Show week rehearsals are absolutely necessary to attend and the Get
in/out: 11th Monday: 19:00 - 22:00 12th Tuesday 19:00-22:00 13th Wednesday:
19:00-22:00 14th Thursday: Show 19:00-22:00 15th Friday: Show 19:00-22:00
16th Saturday: Show 14:00 - 22:00 - get out 22:00-00:00
