Welcome Back!
Hello everyone!
Well, needless to say it's the beginning of a new term and a new year and
also the new show: Ruddigore 2008!
A lot of work has already gone into preparing for the new show, and importantly to encourage Freshers and other people to join. If you haven't already done so, have a look at our new website, which our webmaster (Mike) has worked long and hard on - it's very exciting to look at and will contain important dates and useful notes (such as the details of Ruddigore itself) from now on, so keep watching for updates!
Speaking of Freshers and other prospective members, it's Freshers Fair on Saturday (13th)! Come along and say "hi" or even lend a hand if you wish - at the moment the committee have the stall rota covered, but you can always come on by and see if there's anything you can do. Also, if you have any friends who are thinking of joining our fabulous society, bring them along to our stand and the first rehearsal so they can get a taste of what we're really like :p
Finally, the committee felt that it would also be good to have a catch-up for the previous members this Thursday (11th), especially since there will be may new people in the first rehearsal. So if you're interested in coming along for drinks and general fun come along to the Old Orleans at 8pm tomorrow!

Important Dates: - "Catch-up" session for previous members Thursday 11th October - Freshers Fair is 10am - 4pm on Saturday 13th October - The first rehearsal will be Thursday 18th October in L/036 from 7.30pm - a mixture of singing and fun and games!
